The 6 Ways of Practice

The teachings of non-dual Tantra contain vast amounts of material transmitted over thousands of years through unbroken lineages.

These teachings, practices and texts fall naturally into six basic categories which Dharmanidhi has designated the 6 Ways of Practice.

Select any of the 6 Ways icons below, to find out more about what it has to offer. You are encouraged to explore all of the Ways to find out which one(s) suit your unique aptitudes, capacities and interests.

If you know yourself well, you may already know exactly what you are looking for in a spiritual practice. If that’s the case, choosing one or more of the 6 Ways to engage in will be quite easy and natural.

If you’re new to the classical Tantrik tradition, you may not know which of the ways is appropriate for you. If this is your situation it would be wise to attend some of the teachings of the various Ways to get a feel for them. Your unique mental and emotional disposition, aptitudes, interests, capacities and current state of health will guide you to the appropriate Way for you.

You needn’t ever feel locked into one Way of practice. Rather, you are encouraged to take what you need from each of the 6 Ways to form your own practice.
